The right method depends on your quantity, artwork and garment. If you are not sure, send the artwork and we will tell you which is cheapest.
Ink pushed through a stencil, one screen per colour. The most cost-effective option once quantities climb, and the finish holds up to heavy washing.
Best for: 30+ pieces, 1–3 solid coloursThe design is printed then heat-pressed onto the garment. Handles photographs and unlimited colours with no screen setup.
Best for: small runs, full-colour artworkInk is printed straight into the fabric, so the print stays soft with no heavy layer sitting on top.
Best for: detailed art on cottonThe design is stitched into the fabric with thread. The most durable and the most formal-looking finish.

It depends on the decoration method. Silkscreen printing is priced around screen setup, so it works best from about 30 pieces. Digital transfer and embroidery are viable at much smaller quantities. Send us your quantity and we will tell you which method is most economical.
Lead time depends on quantity, garment availability and the decoration method. Tell us your event date when you request a quote and we will confirm whether it is achievable before you commit.
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) reproduce best because they scale without losing quality. A high-resolution PNG or JPG can work for digital transfer. If you only have a rough idea, send what you have and we will advise.
Printing suits large designs, photographs and multiple colours, and costs less per piece at volume. Embroidery suits logos on polos, caps and jackets, feels more formal and is the more durable of the two. Full comparison is on our printing methods page.
